I haven't baked in years, and I awoke the other day thinking that I would like to bake. But, like you, there's the flour issue and not wanting to "miss out". I like the idea of Chocolate Bark or something along those lines to bestow on co-workers. Perhaps we can share some gluten-free baking tips and recipies in the new year...
